Cute boy! I see a lot of drool; is he still teething right now?
Hey, do you have that very low pile carpet, sort of industrial-style? Since having a baby, that is the kind of carpet I have wanted. Our current apartment happens to have that kind, so I'm getting to try it out, and I LOVE it. No food can get ground deep into the fibers. It is so easy to vacuum, one could practically sweep it with a broom. And because it does not show the carpet lines from being recently vacuumed, one cannot tell whether it was vacuumed yesterday or two weeks ago; it always looks nice! :)
Yes! A few night ago, Leo went to bed and woke up with his 2 top front teeth! So now he has his 2 top front teeth and his 2 front bottom teeth!
As for carpeting, I am a bit of a carpeting snob! I really only like Berber carpeting, which is what you see pictured. I like it for the same reasons you mentioned - it always looks good, no matter what spills on it and how many people step on it. We have hard wood floors throughout the house, and then berber carpeting in the dining room (which is a strange place to have it), the office, the stairwell, and the 'nursery' (Leo still sleeps in our room, but he has a room we call the 'nursery' where all of his clothes and toys are kept :-)

Thanks, Katherine!
