Thanks so much, Katherine. The real challenge will be maintaining it with two children under two so that it can be ready for a showing at the drop of a hat when the realtor calls!
You would be amazed how motivated you can get to do a quick cleanup when the realtor calls!!!
Also I try to remember when I was looking for a house. It never bugged me to have a house that looked like people lived in it. Not messy, but with stuff. So that is usually my goal...to make it clean and tidy but remember they know people live here!
BTW I don't know about you but I am more worried about possibly packing the entire house and then unpacking it with a newborn and toddler!
When we moved from an apt to this house we had a one month overlap with our lease and the apt was two miles away. So we took a month to move our stuff and never had to really totally pack the entire house.

You keep your home so beautifully, Rebecca. It's clear how much care you've put into making your house a home.

It's beautiful and has so many nice New England architectural details. I love the sideways window!
