Perpetually Nesting: 4-Month Well Baby Check

I brought Leo in for his 4-month Well Baby Check-Up this afternoon. He appears to be very healthy. He is certainly one BIG boy!

Weight: 18 lbs - which places Leo in the 91st percentile

Height: 28 inches - which places Leo in the 99th percentile

Head Circumference: 17 inches - which places Leo in the 71st percentile
