Since children outgrow clothes so quickly, I usually rely on consignment shopping or hand-me-downs, but I saw this scally cap at the WAY OVER-PRICED store Janie and Jack (on Clearance sale) and simply couldn't resist. Even if he pulls it off his head and won't keep it on for more than 15 minutes at a time, it was worth it just for these pictures...

Oh yeah, I totally know the feeling. I actually bought the cap online off of their website. Ben and I were at the Mall and saw an adorable boy about Leo's age wearing the hat and I asked the mom where she got it. She told me she had gotten it at Janie and Jack. So I told myself that if it was on Clearance sale I'd buy it. Sure enough I went on the website and there it was on Clearance! So I took it as a sign and got it :-) I never so things like that, but I couldn't resist!
