Ingredients
6 Ripe Avocados (diced)
1 Plum Tomato (diced)
1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
1/2 a red onion (diced)
3 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Blend first 4 ingredients in a food processor. Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in rice vinegar, lemon juice & sugar. Freeze or serve immediately!

We discovered a secret ingredient to guacamole last year: feta cheese. I thought it would be gross but when I finally tried it, I've used it ever since. Just add a bit of feta to the guacamole and see if you like it.
Oh wait, do I recall that you are allergic to dairy?
