Looks gorgeous! Did you assemble the soycutash yourself or is it a frozen mix? I'd like to try sneaking edamame in like that.

It's from a bag. Trader Joes - the frozen aisle. Have you ever shopped there? It looks like there's one in Atlanta. I did add the asparagus in myself though :-)

I had a suspicion it was from Trader Joe's! Just their kinda thing.
