INGREDIENTS
6 Salmon Fillets
1/2 cup of minced shallots
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 cup of dry white wine
1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup of heavy cream (optional)
6 tablespoons of butter, cubed
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Juice of 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
Place salmon fillets in a ziplock bag and set aside. In a separate quart sized ziplock bag, make the sauce...mix the butter, dill, cream, salt, pepper & wine together in the bag. Saute minced garlic and shallots, and add them to the mixture in the bag. Seal bag, place into a gallon sized ziplock bag with the fillets (in a separate bag), and store in the freezer.
When you're ready to serve the dish, thaw it in the refrigerator the night before you plan to prepare it. Melt sauce in a saucepan or in the microwave, and pour it over the fish in a baking dish. Broil on High for 15 minutes. Serve with grilled asparagus.
