I had mentioned that Ben's cousin Greg and his wife Tessa are hosting 3 Columbian children for a month. I had suggested that they take them to
Davis Farmland and that I could meet them there with the children. Greg's sister Miriam was visiting from Florida and speaks fluent Spanish (which really helped since the children don't speak English!) We had a great time! I was amazed at how quickly the day flew by! We had been cooped up at home for a few days prior, and let's just say the kids were experiencing cabin fever, resulting in lots of quarrels between them. I was amazed at how all the distractions and attractions at Farmland made the day so pleasant - zero fighting, zero complaining, zero whining...just fun times and relaxation had by all!
I made little Kevin laugh by saying "con queso!" instead of the English "cheese!"
And Miriam was such a help with Joni!
Can you find Leo and Julius?
How about here?
This was really neat...simple pipes attached to a playset...Leo had fun rolling rocks down the pipes!
Joni made friends with a lamb...or I think that's what it was? :-)
