Stuffed Bell Peppers in the Crock-Pot = COOKING FAILURE!

Do not let the pictures deceive you...the filling was delicious, but the peppers tasted weird! I wouldn't make this again, so I'm not even going to include the recipe unless you really want it. But aren't my bell peppers from the garden beautiful?  Aren't the purple ones so cool? :-)  And in theory this recipe was a great idea!
