Sure, Ashley! It's really just my own concoction! What you'll need are lasagna noodles, 4 cups of grated mozzarella cheese, 1 pint of ricotta cheese (I use part skim), and a jar of your favorite tomato sauce.
*I think that the key to a good lasagna is to always boil your noodles first! Stay away from the lasagna noodles that claim you can stick them in the oven without cooking them first.
So...
I preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Then I boil my lasagna noodles in a pot (my cookware uses 9 noodles. I think it's 11 x 17).
Once the noodles are boiled, I spray my cookware with nonstick spray and put a layer of noodles on the bottom. I follow the layer of noodles with a layer of ricotta, sauce, and then grated cheese. Then I repeat this process. The layer at the very top should be noodles, sauce, and then the grated cheese on the top. Then I liberally sprinkle the top with oregano leaves. I put the lasagna in the oven on 350 for one hour. Then I take it out of the oven and I let it sit for approx. 2 hours. Otherwise, if you try to cut it, it will fall apart.
So...those are my tricks! Nothing too revolutionary, but I've made this dish plenty of times, so I've learned from my experience! Enjoy!

The top looks so golden brown and chewy the way I like it!
